Into a comprehensive monitoring system for our clients’ Golf Courts. While this information is valuable in and of itself, gaining access to real-time field measurements offers a range of interesting possibilities, especially in terms of creating early warnings or gaining greater control of crucial variables for the golf course environment.

 

Field sensors and their applications

We propose the possibility of incorporating devices at the field level, devices that offer real-time monitoring of relevant parameters such as: environmental temperature and humidity, soil humidity at two levels, water flow through pipes during irrigation and height of water bodies for volumetric capacity in reservoirs.

 

Autonomous systems

The systems are completely autonomous and can operate for long periods of time in areas of poor accessibility and without the need to operate them. Moreover, to obtain extra autonomy, they include a solar panel, providing the user with greater convenience and reducing costs by avoiding the need to change batteries.

Once obtained, the data is automatically sent to the server of our platform for analysis and can be visualised from the application.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our range of sensors consists of different models 

That provide measurements of environmental temperature and relative air humidity. With an accuracy in temperatures ranging from 0.5ºC and 4.5% in relative humidity. 

Depending on the case, it also includes soil relative humidity measurement by means of capacitive sensors at two depths; 

and flow rate measurement in specific irrigation areas.

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY SENSOR

Sensor for high accuracy environmental temperature and relative air humidity measurements.
Rust-proof and robust sensor which can withstand dusty environments or other harsh circumstances.
Humidity range: 0-100 % RH.
Temperature range: -10-80ºC.
Humidity accuracy: 4.5%. RH
Temperature accuracy: 0.5ºC.
Easily installable device, with low power consumption and fully autonomous.

Critical or difficult to access cultivation areas.
Greenhouses.

SENSOR DT-THDUAL

 

 

 

DUAL-LEVEL SOIL MOISTURE SENSORS

In the Sensor DT-THDUAL we add relative soil humidity measurements to the environmental temperature and relative air humidity measurements of the DT-TH1 sensor. The relative soil humidity measurements refer to the relative water content in the soil. The measurements are carried out by two capacitive sensors with probes at two different depths. The sensors are robust, waterproof as well as weatherproof.

Therefore, the DT-THDUAL sensor maintains the performance of the DT-TH1, while also incorporating the soil moisture sensors mentioned above, with the features described below.

SENSOR DT-TH3

 

 

FLOW AND WATER CONSUMPTION METER

 

The sensor DT-TH3 features, in addition to the probes implemented in the SensAgro A-1 and A-2 products, a flow rate or water flow sensor (flowmeter). The flow measurement measures the amount of liquid that passes through a given section of pipeline in a constant time interval once irrigation has commenced.

Using this measurement, we can establish the irrigation start and end periods, water consumption for cultivation in certain areas, data on the evolution of the flow transport to determine possible continuity errors; which could mean problems such as: leaks, breakages, poor sizing of the distribution networks and failure of certain equipment such as pumps, etc.

By combining the measurement of the flow meter with the features of the DT-TH1 and DT-THDUAL versions (monitoring of temperature, environmental humidity and soil humidity at two levels), we achieve a truly complete device that offers the possibility of carrying out a more exhaustive analysis at the field level in the event of possible incidents and productivity efficiency.

FLOW METER FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF WATER CONSUMPTION

 

The sensor DT-FC consists of a flow rate or water flow sensor (flow meter), which provides the measurement of the amount of liquid passing through a given pipe section, in a constant time period once the irrigation process has initiated.

From this measurement we can determine the periods of start and end of irrigation, water consumption for cultivation in certain areas, data on the evolution of the transport of the fluid to know possible continuity errors; which could mean problems such as: leaks, breakages, poor sizing of distribution networks, failure in certain equipment such as pumps, etc.

SENSOR DT-THW

 

 

TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY SENSOR + OPTIONAL WATER LEVEL METER

 

For the development of the SENSOR DT-THW, we have maintained our focus on the optimisation of water consumption; in this case from the point of view of the origin of such consumption and its storage in the irrigation ponds.

Besides the humidity and environmental temperature sensor, we include in the device a pressure measurement at the bottom of the structure to monitor the water level, thereby enabling us to analyse the real supply capacity. Monitoring the supply capacity in real time allows us to know the availability of water resources available to meet water demand.

From the Sensor DT-THW measurements we can determine the final consumptions that will have to correspond to the consumptions measured in the water reservoirs.

 

 

Characteristics of the Sensor DT-THW:

Accuracy of readings around 2%.
Alarms for height limits and storage capacities.

SENSOR DT-AWS

 

AUTONOMOUS WEATHER STATION

 

The weather can sometimes be unstable and can radically affect turf grass. To prevent this, we need to be aware of how the weather works in our area and to be alerted in the event of unforeseen changes.

Based on the requirement to be aware of these unforeseen weather changes we have designed an autonomous weather station.

The Sensor DT-AWS includes all the necessary components of a weather station: rain gauge, anemometer, weather vane, temperature and humidity, allowing to determine climatic conditions in specific environments, compiling and analysing information in real time from different targeted measurements to ensure optimal turf grass conditions.

 

 

Features:
They allow you to know exactly the speed and direction of the wind at any given moment. Wind gusts can be measured and all real-time and historical data can be easily viewed from anywhere.

Rainfall history for specific areas.
